ASTRA Camp™ Overview

Calling all campers! ASTRA is excited to announce the ASTRA Camp™ experience, a creative reimagining of the virtual trade show and conference. This virtual event invites the specialty toy industry to take part in an adventure packed with opportunities to discover new products and manufacturers, connect with fellow campers, and gain new business insights into navigating the wilderness ahead. 


Nestled in the deep woods of your own laptop or desktop computer, the ASTRA Camp™ experience delivers three key elements:


Exhibitor Expedition

Hike the trails to exhibitor campsites, where you can discover new products, get access to exclusive ASTRA Camp™ show specials and have a chance to connect live with the manufacturers to ask questions and learn more.


Adventure Academy

Learning new skills and gaining fresh insights is an important part of any camp experience and it’s no different at ASTRA Camp™! Listen in on education sessions presented by subject matter experts and come away with practical ideas to implement right away.


Social Lodge

Bring on the fun! Sing camp songs, share scary stories and make up secret camp handshakes with your fellow campers at a number of virtual social events during the ASTRA Camp™ experience, including the ever-popular Lip Sync Battle, and Game/Kit Night. You’ll also have access to the camper-only community to share your take on each fun-filled day.



Who can go to ASTRA Camp™?

Come one, come all! You do not need to be an ASTRA member to be a part of the ASTRA Camp™ experience. Buyers and sales reps in the toy, game, gift, hobby, museum store, and educational store spaces are especially invited to be a part of the summer fun.

How do I register?

Register here. Sales reps: An email that included a registration code was sent to you. Contact ASTRA at to request the registration code.

I’m a manufacturer/vendor/distributor that is exhibiting at ASTRA Camp. How do I log in?

All exhibitors received an email with detailed information on setting up their exhibitor campsite. Contact ASTRA at if you need assistance.

Are press passes available?

Yes! To request press access, contact Dee Marsden at and attach recent articles and bylines.

Exhibitor Expedition

What will the Exhibitor Expedition be like?

Attendees (buyers and sales reps) will have access to the Exhibitor Expedition, which is an area that lists the participating exhibitors and links to their Campsites. Exhibitor Campsites will feature product videos, show specials, sales rep listings, schedule for Camper Huddles and Office Hours and more.

What are Camper Huddles?

Camper Huddles are live, 15-minute Q&A sessions where you can connect with exhibitors in real time. The complete schedule of Camper Huddles will outline when and where you can meet with exhibitors.

What are Office Hours?

As a way to follow-up with Camper Huddles and the Campsite experience, exhibitors have the option to host Office Hours, where attendees can schedule one-on-one time. Office Hours are optional and up to the discretion of each exhibitor.

Will the Exhibitor Expedition be available outside of official ASTRA Camp™ dates?

Yes! Attendees who register by July 20 will have a sneak peek access to the Campsites as they are being built. The Campsites will be open for two weeks following ASTRA Camp™ for attendees to revisit and reference for their ordering needs.

What are Gathering Spots?
